Poppy-Seed Cake
4 eggs
250 g sugar
1/8 liter oil
1/8 liter water
50 g poppy seeds
50 g nuts
200 g flour
½ package of baking powder
1 package of vanilla sugar
Stir eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
Add oil slowly.
Mix poppy seeds, nuts, flour and baking powder.
Then add spoon by spoon to the eggs.
Pour water from time to time.
Bake at 170° C for about 40 minutes.
