Chocolate Banana Bread

140 g gluten-free flour
100 g ground almonds
1 tsp baking powder
50 g butter
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 large bananas (press with a fork, in the blender or with hands)
150 g sugar
50 g butter
1 egg
50 ml buttermilk
100 g dark gluten-free chocolate
Place flour, almonds, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl and whisk together well.
Stir butter with sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla sugar, egg, bananas, butter milk and salt one by one.
Then add the flour mixture spoon by spoon.
Add the chocolate bits or nuts add last.
Pour dough into a loaf pan with baking sheet and bake at 180° C in the stove on middle rack for about 50 minutes until the banana bread is golden brown on top.
