Chocolate Almond Nut Cake

100 g ground almonds
100 g ground hazelnuts
3 tbsp cocoa
50 g rice or potato flour
1 package baking powder
1 package vanilla sugar
3 egg whites
125 g sugar
125 g butter
100 g dark gluten-free chocolate
First, beat the 4 egg whites and add sugar.
Meanwhile, melt 40 g butter in the pot with the dark chocolate and let it cool off for about 15-20 minutes.
Then mix everything together.
Pour into a buttered form and bake at 175° C for about 45 minutes.
