Cottage cheese donuts
250 g gluten-free bright cake flour
125 g white sugar
250 g low-fat cottage cheese
3 eggs
1 package baking powder
2 package vanilla
Place all ingredients in a bowl and stir. (Add apple pieces and raisins if you like at the end.)
Heat fat or oil in a deep pan or fryer.
Place dough with a spoon into 180° C hot fat.
Reduce heat if it gets too hot.
Place the finished donuts on a plate with kitchen cloth.
Sprinkle with icing sugar (or cinnamon/sugar).
