Donuts

50 g butter
1 pinch salt
150 g gluten-free flour
4 whole eggs
2 vanilla sugar
¼ L water
1 L vegetable oil for frying the donuts
1 package powdered sugar
Juice of 1 orange

Boil water with butter and salt.

Add the flour at once and let it form into a lump while stirring.

The dough is ready when it can be replaced smoothly.

Remove the pan from the oven, pour the dough into a bowl and let it cool briefly.

Add the vanilla and the eggs while stirring. Add the next egg only after the dough looks flat again.

Fill the dough into a pastry bag with a star tip and spray onto the paper curls and then lower them in the hot oil.

Bake until the donuts are golden brown.

Drain them on absorbent paper.

Repeat this process until the mixture in pastry bag is finished.

Now make a glaze from icing sugar and orange juice and spread on the donuts.
