Kangaroo cookies

Recipe suffices for about 100 cookies.

For the dough:
250 g butter
100 g sugar
3 eggs
1 vanilla sugar
350 gluten-free flour
1/2 baking powder
1 pinch salt
1 tsp cinnamon

To stir:
5 cups corn flakes
100 g chopped chocolate
100 g chopped almonds

Batter the ingredients with the hand mixer.

Add cornflakes, chocolate and almonds with a spoon evenly while stirring.

Place walnut-sized balls on the baking sheet (covered with baking paper).

Bake at approx. 180° C for 15 minutes until golden brown (do not forget to preheat oven).
