Black Crumbled Cake

75 g butter
150 g sugar
5 egg yolks
5 egg whites
150 g nuts
100 g dark chocolate
some baking powder

1 grated dark chocolate
250 ml whipping cream
1 tbsp rum

Stir butter, sugar and egg yolks until fluffy.

Then add the ground nuts, baking powder and melted chocolate while stirring.

Finally add the egg whites.

Pour dough into a baking paper-lined baking tray and bake about 45 minutes at 175° C.

Remove dough from form and thereby leave the boundaries inside the form and crumble them afterwards.

Mix the crumbs with the grated dark chocolate, whipped cream and rum and add on top of the cake.

Sprinkle with icing sugar.
