Rice

Rice is gluten free and is considered one of the most important cereals. It is used by much of humanity as staple food. The untreated grain of rice consists to 75 percent of starch and to about eight per cent of protein. It is rich in phosphorus, iron and magnesium. Rice is low in sodium and is therefore suitable for dehydration of the body in overweight and high blood pressure.
