Constipation
People who tends to constipation should ensure to intake fluid (1.5 to 2 liters per day) and support their digestion by exercise and consuming high fiber foods. Sources of dietary fiber swell in the intestine, and thereby increase the volume and stimulate the natural way of defectations. Experts recommend at least 30 grams of fiber per day.
High fiber are vegetables, fruits and grain products. Brown rice, millet, amaranth and qinoa are suitable products with high fiber, which can be consumed by celiacs. Also, legumes such as peas, lentils and beans are suitable ballast material suppliers.
